Control methods for biomass boiler combustion system

Biomass boilers are environmentally friendly. This kind of boilers support various of fuel types, while the price is low and customers are easy to purchase the boilers.

How can biomass specific boilers control the combustion system?

Under the action of an induced draft fan, the high-temperature flue gas generated by the biomass boiler after combustion enters the dust collector for purification through convective heat transfer in the flue pipe, and is finally discharged from the chimney through the induced draft fan.

1. Soot blowing system

The biomass boiler is equipped with a fully automatic soot blowing device, which can regularly blow the furnace and smoke pipes to ensure that there is no dust accumulation on the surface of the smoke pipes, thus achieving safe and efficient operation of the boiler.

2. Smoke and air system

The biomass boiler air supply system is integrated with the burner arrangement, and the air is sent to the furnace through the blower through the burner to achieve the function of conveying fuel and supporting combustion.

3. Feeding system

The biomass boiler is equipped with boiler manholes and hand holes for easy maintenance and upkeep at any time. The feeding system consists of components such as a silo, a vibrating feeder, a screw feeder, and a screw feeding pipe. The fuel processed and formed in the factory is transferred to the silo through a belt conveyor, and then the biomass boiler supplies the BMF fuel in the silo to the burner for combustion through a screw feeder. To ensure the stability of continuous feeding and material transportation, a vibrating feeder is connected between the silo and the screw feeder.

4. Automatic control system

The biomass boiler control system adopts high brightness and full Chinese display, with a famous PLC control system as the central control unit; Exchange information with boiler users through human-machine dialogue to achieve fully automatic operation of BMF boilers.

5. Combustion system

Biomass fuel first undergoes a preheating process in the burner, and then is transported by a fan to the biomass boiler furnace for combustion. Fuel contains high volatile matter. When the temperature in the furnace reaches the temperature at which the volatile matter is released, starting the igniter under the condition of air supply can quickly ignite and burn the fuel. Burner temperature control.
